Cooking tips

Always boils the water and add to the recepie when ever you need to increase the curry.It helps in retaining the taste of the speices added to it.

जब भी खाने में तरी की मात्र बदानी हो तोह उसमे हमेशा उबला पानी ही डाले । इससे खाने में डाले गए मसालों को स्वाद में दब्लाव नहीं आता है ।
